Eduard 2135 Du doch nicht!! Albatros D.V, Fokker Dr. I and Fokker D.VII 1/72

Eduard 2135 Du doch nicht!! is an exceptionally comprehensive set of three plastic model kits – Albatros D.V, Fokker Dr. I, and Fokker D.VII – in the popular 1/72 scale. Each of these legendary aircraft was used by Germany during World War I, and the set is designed around the famous fighter ace – Ernst Udet, one of the greatest aces of the Luftstreitkräfte.

The Fokker Dr. I is the renowned triplane, famous for its remarkable maneuverability, mainly used from 1917 to 1918. The Albatros D.V was in service from 1917, featuring an aerodynamic silhouette and was widely used by German fighter units. The Fokker D.VII, introduced at the end of the war, was considered by many pilots to be the best German aircraft of that era – its qualities were so valued that the condition to surrender all D.VIIs was included in the Treaty of Versailles.

The Eduard 2135 Du doch nicht!! set is a complete package for demanding modelers:

  • Includes three aircraft models in one kit: Albatros D.V, Fokker Dr. I, Fokker D.VII.
  • Detailed plastic parts made from high-quality plastic.
  • Unique photo-etched parts – precise, painted accessories that allow for faithful reproduction of cockpit and structural details.
  • Practical painting masks for canopies, making precise painting much easier.
  • As many as 8 marking options – carefully designed decals allow you to build models of aircraft flown by Ernst Udet in various periods and color schemes.
  • Accurate step-by-step assembly and painting instructions.

Models from this limited edition are designed for connoisseurs of aircraft modeling as well as enthusiasts of World War I history. They will make a valuable addition both to intermediate and advanced modelers' collections, but require some experience due to the presence of photo-etched parts.

Category: plastic model kits with photo-etched accessories.

What does the scale of the model mean?

A model scale designation such as 1:30 means the model is 30 times smaller than the original. Scale indicates proportion, not resolution or detail.

  • Models with a smaller number after the colon (e.g. 1:48, 1:32) are larger and have more detail.
  • Scales with higher numbers (e.g. 1:164, 1:200, 1:350) are smaller - good for collections, dioramas, or displaying many models together.
